If the share capital of the GmbH has been contributed in full, it is not additionally necessary to state the share capital in the imprint.
Pursuant to Section 5 (2) of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz), further information obligations remain unaffected. Such obligations arise in particular under the BDSG and the DSGVO (cf. the annex on data protection).
Pursuant to Section 36 (3), (1) No. 1 VSBG, you do not have to provide any information on the possibility of a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, as you are covered by the small business clause.
