key features
at a glance.
The Doosan Robotics H2515 series is characterized by an impressive
range of key features that make it a first-class choice for
a wide variety of applications. Here are some of the outstanding
features that characterize the H2515 product from Doosan Robotics.
With our advanced technology and high-quality construction, the H2017 is designed to deliver reliable and outstanding performance even
in demanding applications and can handle objects
up to 25kg with ease.
Thanks to the use of six high-tech torque sensors, the H2515 has the highest collision sensitivity in the industry. We have also developed a lightweight hardware with a counterweight mechanism that reduces vibrations and thus improves the safety of the robots. With this technology
, our robots can detect collisions early and work more safely.
As repositioning the robots is easy and the robots are suitable for coupling with
AGV and AMR due to their low weight, which is
about half that of equivalent six-axis multi-joint robots, various applications can be configured.
Applicable in various working environments, with a large working radius and maximum
efficiency for multiple work processes or remote-controlled palletizing.

APPLICATION AREAS
PALLETING
Stacking heavy objects
and placing them on pallets,
in logistics and through automated processes.
OPERATION
Feed heavy objects into the CNC machine and load/unload them from/onto the pallet.
HEAVY LOAD
Stacking, transportation and handling of several objects simultaneously in fast-moving production processes, such as those found in the logistics and textile industries.
H-Series
Basic components
Controller
E-Series dedicated control units with support for the latest communication technology and a compact design for easy connection to various equipment
in the food and beverage industry.
Safety button
The safety button is a crucial
precaution that can stop the robot immediately in any emergency situation
to avoid accidents and potential
hazards. This important function
ensures the safety of people
and materials in the vicinity of the robot.
